Membership Membership is open to any person, firm, association or corporation with an interest in the welfare of children. The purpose of our membership campaign is to build a citizen constituency which can assist KACCRRA in promoting the welfare of children who need child care services, and advocate for quality services in the child care industry. memership levels 100% of your tax-deductible annual membership fee goes toward support of our outreach and advocacy activities. KANSAS Child Magazine KANSAS Child Magazine is intended to provide a forum for the discussion of child care and early education issues and ideas. We hope to provoke thoughtful discussions within the field and to help those outside the field gain a better understanding of priorities and concerns.
